The stories about the resins are accurate though, in that they are pretty skin unfriendly. They offer a free licence for casual users and Autodesk (publishers of AutoCAD and Fusion 360) provide some good tutorial videos. It's full blown CAD software which can handle quite serious stuff. Of the other options available I'd only recommend 2:įusion 360, which comes from the same developer as AutoCAD, and for me is similar enough dip in and out of. I've used it for 15 - 16 years, but it is ruinously expensive if you have to pay your own way.
